Ike's Bio


A New York Native, Ike grew up in Amityville, New York, to a mother that loved Soul Music and a Father that loved Rock & Roll. As a teen, he enjoyed acting, singing & rapping as a hobby. After High School, he attended Five Towns College, where he studied Business Management with a music concentration and Video Arts, where he learned about shooting and editing Film and graduated with a B.A. degree in Video and an Associates degree in Business Management. After graduation, he got a job at Mtv Networks and attended  Brooklyn College in the film program. 
     In the early 2000's, he was signed to a label to work on a compilation album and did a short tour of the album, opening up for the Lox, Montel Jordan, Das Efx and Common. 
     Inspired by some of the greatest hip hop Mc's, such as Jay Z, Redman, Slick Rick, Pharrell, Rakim, De La Soul,  and Nas, Ike describes his style as energetic with lyrical wordplay. 
On December 18, 2017, Ike released his debut EP titled "Early Bloom", which he produced, recorded and mixed himself and is now available on most digital music platforms.
